Briefing
To protect the life and health of the participants, as well as to preserve the material base, the following rules must be observed:
I. When holding the specified event(s), participants are obliged to:
- To read the following instructions
- All participants undergo a preliminary safety briefing, after which they are provided with the necessary equipment and enter/exit the water only in the presence of an instructor
- To carry out orders of organizers, instructors, coaches and to observe the established order
- Be in a healthy condition that allows them to participate in the activities
- To use a life jacket. If the life jacket is removed, the respective participant is sanctioned by being removed from the water, his participation is suspended and the participation fee paid is not refunded.
- Not to leave the event/s alone
- To follow only the route established by the instructor. In case of failure to comply with and change of the set route, the participant bears personal responsibility for himself and his life
- To protect the property and/or material base/facilities, equipment, etc. of the organizers. In case of damage, to pay the market value of the damaged/destroyed property
- To take the kayak to the water and return it from the water to the designated storage location. The kayak is returned after cleaning it of debris and any personal belongings, in the form in which it was provided to you for use
- Persons up to and including 14 years of age are accepted for participation in the event after signing a declaration by both parents/guardians, stating their agreement with these rules.
- Persons aged 14 to 18 are accepted for participation in the event after signing this instruction and a declaration from a parent/guardian stating agreement with these rules
- The facilities/equipment are intended for active sports. The organizers are responsible for the health and life of the participants, but not in cases of possible traumas and injuries resulting from failure to comply with safety rules and/or instructions and guidelines of the organizers/instructors/coaches
- For minors/underage persons, parents/guardians must ensure that their children are familiar with the briefing
- The use of alcohol, drugs, intoxicants, and the like is not permitted immediately before and/or during the event
- The organizers and/or instructors have the right to refuse and/or terminate participation in the event of a participant who endangers his/her own and/or the safety of other participants and/or disrupts the peaceful atmosphere
- The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items left unattended during the event(s)
